The trailer ball mount will clamp around most all 1" handle carts. 
The ball mount is spring loaded for quick and easy take off.
Cobra/Mamba Rack will have to have rear aluminum rack to mount to.
** Will fit most hub model ebikes, will mount to existing racks.
